We came to know each other after Jessica became store manager for a company that Toni was the assistant at. After a rough few first months, we became good friends. How could we not be, we have the same birthday! Oct 3rd, in case you feel like getting us anything! Soon Toni was promoted, and became a store manager at our location in a crazy outlet mall.        

      After working there 2 black fridays (that's the day after Thanksgiving, for those of you who have never been blessed with getting to work that day)- from 11 pm-3 pm, she was tired. Her transition included many hours of phone conversations when we decided it was time for a change for us both....
After a few drinks...... Ooh La La was born.
       Why should girls have to drive 90 + miles to Seattle to Search high and low for an adorable dress to wear to a special occasion, just to find out that another girl at that special occasion is wearing the same dress!
       Why should every girl who gets married have to choose form such a small assortment of bridesmaid dresses, or wear something they spent way too much money on and didn't even like?
       Girls in the big city have it made, and we are going to change that! Who says Bellingham is not a bustling metropolis?
       Glamorous dresses, gorgeous accessories, fabulous customer service, and the cutest store you have ever seen is waiting for you at Ooh La La!
